(WTB) r9 and gtx cards

So I'm looking into getting a good card, I have a $160-165 budget.

Here's the cards I'm lookin into gettin:
AMD's: r9 280/280x, 290/290x/290x2, 380/380x, 390/390x.
Nvidia's: gtx 960, 970, 980/980ti.

And if anyone is selling a better or cheaper card for a better price just send me a pm and let me know what your asking for it. I'm located in Rome ga if you want to deal locally.
