I am looking for a 24" X 24" X 3/16" (I think, on the thickness) piece
of this stuff, for a monitor bezel, naturally. In response to some
anticipated suggestions, Arcadeshop Amusements no longer carries it and
neither do my local Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace, or Menard's. Any place
online that anyone knows of? The only vendors I was able to find seem
to sell really large sheets that are really thick and REALLY expensive.
Thanks in advance.

I get my lexan from Home Depot. The stuff I use is 3/32 (.093). You
could use two pieces and sandwich your bezerl art between it. That
would make it the proper thickness, 3/16 (.1875).

Good Luck,
John

I googled a bit more and come across this:

http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/category.asp?catalog%5Fname=USPlastic&category%5Fname=21314&Page=1

We'll see if it works OK when my sheet arrives. Very cheap, though, so
no biggie if it doesn't.

the guy wants it dark maybe he has some (GAME OVER) burn he wants to
hide
he could buy the clear stuff and some window tint though worked for me
just make sure you dont leave creases and bubbles unless you really
want that ghetto arcade feel but then you would need a smoker to come
but cigarette burns all over your control panel

I just bought a piece that I had cut to exact size at my local glass shop.
Most glass shops carry plexiglass and will cut it to size for a small fee.
