You can get 8GB of DDR3 2400 cas 10 for $75 so you might want to drop the prices on that a bit if you want it to sell. Just my opinion. You are certainly welcome to ask whatever you want for it but DDR3 is dirt cheap right now due to market saturation and the slow integration of DDR4.
