This is probably one of the best AMD FX-9590 build I have ever seen. It looks really clean, the cabling is done far better than anything I could do, but as you have noticed you are having trouble getting strong offers. Honestly, the CPU is probably the cause of that trouble though. The FX-9000 series CPUs are well known for running really hot and for being over priced from online retailers. Any time someone asks about buying one, they get instantly warned about it and told not to, usually using grand exaggerations. So while your pricing is actually good for this system in my opinion, a lot of users will probably read FX-9590 and not think about it any further.

As such, you might have a better time selling it if you sold the CPU...

Can I ask why its not a good deal? I priced building this exact system from newegg before posting and it was 1600 bucks. Only difference was a gtx 970 instead of the 780TI.

Because for the same price you can build a system that runs faster and has warranty. If you live near a microcenter you can get it even cheaper.

Just saying but good luck on that sale!

I had more photos but they seem to be taken down due to not having a piece of paper in front of them. I will have some more soon.

As for price I am open to offers. I priced at what I thought was fair considering its almost $1600 to buy these components still. I am open to reasonable offers though

As such, you might have a better time selling it if you sold the CPU separate and tried to sell the rest of the system as a whole, or parted it out completely. It may not be ideal, and it will take more time, but how the public views that CPUs is going to work against you. If you are going to build another PC, you might even consider selling just the motherboard, CPU, GPU and RAM and keeping the rest for your new build.

That CPU being watercooled always ran great. Never overclocked it etc. all it takes is a few people online to have a bad experience and then its scared for life.

I actually put this system on eBay and was able to get what I was asking no problem.
