Good luck with your sale sir, after a recent string of people trying to price gouge us here this is nice and refreshing to see, very good prices on stuff. I've personally been thinking of selling my pc too, it's similar specs to yours except I have the i5 3570k and an asrock extreme 4 z77 micro atx motherboard. I game less and less these days...mostly browse youtube or fb. Something like an AMD APU or the cheap fx6300 would of suited me better.

2500k still will easily max stuff out for years to come
