While it's shady to not just have "subsample" tick box, it's not a big deal, especially if this can't be replicated by other testers using appropriate hardware for the selected settings to ensure this isn't some kind of "dynamic resolution" feature, and if this isn't changed in the next patch to ensure it's not actually a bug.

Perhaps TH should have a rule that articles about Youtube videos of things can't be published until the author verifies the claims are accurate?
 
Daniel is a rather challenged individual and shouldnt be taken seriously. This is a known bug that can be remedied by deleting the games settings from appdata then relaunching the game from scratch. This guy jumps on any chance to make a video to make a quick buck. I stopped watching him long ago.
 
There has been a number of Unreal Engine 5 powered games, and almost all run really poorly, with the exception of a small company that produced Expedition 33. So I wasn't expecting a smooth rollout of another UE5 based game from a big publisher.
 
Hiding upscaling is sus for sure but you lost me at 1440p Ultra settings on an RTX 3060 👎

Does this game actually run poorly with realistic settings? Seriously asking, articles like this make me question all the negative press. With a game Gamepass sub I guess I'll find out for myself when it's next in my queue to play!
