EN fait quand je saisi la commande ipconfig/all dans l'invite de commande,il n'affiche rien sur son adress MAC.Dans gestionnaire des péripheriques ,il ya un message qui dit que Windows ne détecte aucun materiel reseau et il n'ya pas de l'icône de la carte réseau.je ne peux pas voir son adress MAC,la carte réseau n'esta détecté.

Je voudrais alors solliciter votre aide car je ne peux pas me connecter au réseau filaire. je travaille sous windows 7 proffessionnel.

Go to DELL and download and reinstall the network driver...

My PC may not have network card because i don't detect it in dice manager and cant see its mac adress.I need help because i don't know if it is software or hardwire problem

HELLO!!
I've downloaded and installed the drivers but no thing changes. i only receive the message from device manager of my PC:"Windows can not detect the network card on your computer.

Please i need help!
