i have struggled nfor the past week to install my HP PHOTOSMART C4580 TO NO AVAIL. I KEEP GETTING ERROR MESSAGE THAT THE INSTALLATION WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. i need help from anybody who have a clue as to what i should do to install this

what OS do you have 32-bit or 64-bit?
