Are you using software provided by Kodak to by download picture via USB cable connected to camera (or dock) ? Usually you can drag and drop files from camera just by starting two copies of Windows Explorer (or My Computer).


If that doesn't work, you might consider buying a USB card reader and removing the card from the camera.
