This is THE BEST computer ratings sight I have ever found. THey have EVERY computer store and if not you can add one. This sight has helped me SO much in buying hardware!

I used to agree. Now I am to the point that they are about the only ratings site and not the best. bizrate sucks. I still use them daily but don't put too much faith in the ratings. As I have noted in other areas.....the problem is when you give a company a good rating...then they change. I suppose the same could be true for a company you trash but then turns over a new leaf...Anyway...there is no way to go and re-rate them. All you can do is add comments which doesn't really help a company with a low ranking since most people will just ignore it. I e-mailed them about it two or three months ago and they promised when they updated their site they were going to add the facility to re-rate a place after a specified amount of time...I guess they have been too busy to do so. I would still be lost without them but I also do realize their very limited scope of usefullness.

Its only since I logged in here that I found out about this site, and I have to agree with you, I have told heaps of people about it and I have got lots of positive feedback, I should start one for Australia

Yeah, I point a lot of people there and use it myself. I always read the comments when I'm interested in a place, as sometimes I don't get the feeling that the overall flow of the comments match up to the numeric rating. I've seen a number of places with, say, a 5-to-6 rating, but there seemed to be a fair amount of negatives in the written evaluations.
