Wy my GTX 680 ASUS DirectCUII OC takes 1097MHZ by her self..GPU Boost is up to 1085MHZ

Friends i need help to understend and know better my Nvidea GTX 680 ASUS DirectCU II OC...So this Card By default comes with a up of 1085MHZ gpu Boost but sometimes takes 1097MHZ by her self whithout OC...i dont have OC in anything in my PC...Is this normal?????Sorry my english...i am kuban... Mi PC its (ASUS Motherboard Z77 VLK)(Core I5 3350P)(8GB Ripjaws 2133) and (800W-64A TOPower suplie..Silver)Pleaseeeeee any help will help

it has built in boost, when it senses that your card needs more power it increases the power to the card, also go to the Asus card maker site it should explain better what I am trying to say lol! can't stand boost… if your card manufacture allows it without destroying the warranty…. get a custom bios or use kepler tweaker to force constant clocks at the highest p states.
