Question X.M.P issue on B450M PRO-M2 V2

.if i turn on xmp then pc starts then goes to green screen(profile 1 or profile 2 both are the same)

i am having issues on
B450M PRO-M2 V2 - MSI
motherboard..if i turn on xmp then pc starts then goes to green screen(profile 1 or profile 2 both are the same)..and yes i am using the latest bios. can u guys help me? pc runs normal when pc runs on default. main problem is xmp doesnt work. Noted i first bought one stick 8 gb then after 5-6 month i bought another..

BIOS version for your motherboard? Try manually inputting the frequency, timings and voltage as shown on the ram kit's sticker into BIOS. Make and model of your PSU? How are you cooling that APU? Parse an image to both sticks of ram's stickered side.

I was using 7B84v4A version but same problem XMP dont turn on then i update bios

its a double ram slot mobo.... And i am using the stock Amd cooler
