Right i got atm a E4600 @3.5GHZ plays everything i own @ a realy impressive speed for such a cheap p35 cpu, anyways i got a Gigabyte EP-35C-DS3R for my birthday not so long agos and this board is great manual states it handles ddr3 1066 and oc to 1333 @ 4gb only , yet @ ddr2 it can take 8gb of 1066 and oc it to 1200 , so for my first slice of my cash i ordered up 8gb of the 1200mhz ddr2 8500+ ram.

My father has purchased me a new monitor and also the artic extreme cooler to keep my cpu even cooler (ofc) even tho i got it on stock hsf and reveiws i read in many places shows the cpu cant get a higher overclock only hits 3.5ghz before things get unstable yet the stock handles it at a good temp not over 70 even in cs.s and company of heroes.

Now what i would like to no is i have got a sli compliant power supply @ 450 watts, due to my last amd2 sli rig that was received faulty and i got intel instead but kept the powersupply, now my mum is purchasing me the 9800GX2 so i can have sli (so to speak in this board) will this power supply hold? of should i upgrade and im on a x-mas budget so i need prices and opinions please. and also any other help in increseing my pc performnce well be thankfull. Any power supply under £40 would be nice though i going out on a limb for £60. any help, send me a private pm or reply here. Thanks.

You'd really be pushing it with that psu. Tell mum to buy you at least a 550 watt. (I know they recommend at least a 580) but i think this will do in a pinch
