if its a good psu like the corsair sf 450 then yes.

you dont want that thing to explode, if u cant afford a good psu you should look at a cheaper gpu .

My guess is probably not. The founders edition, reviewed on Tom's requires an 8 pin PCIe supplemental power. I bet an "included" 450 maybe has a 6 pin.

the fact you got a electronic engine, doesnt mean your toy engine can power a tesla.

Anything included in a bundle isn't going to be worth having, and it's only a 450W PSU.
