X10 KR22A credit card controller problem

Can't reprogram the x10 KR22A credit card controller.

Wondering if anyone can help.
It says to press and hold the first ON button and light will come on and then light will blink again.

Nope
No lights blink for 1 or 2.

Have you tried new/fresh batteries?

How old is the controlle? If the controller defective there is a 120 day warranty.

Do other buttons work?
