So I am building a new workstation to run engineering simulations. I am getting repeated BSODs on the system after installing the graphics drivers (Both AMD and NVIDIA cards tested).

Specs:
Motherboard: Supermicro X11SRA-RF
CPU: Intel Xeon W 2195
Memory: 512 GB Nemix (64 GB sticks) RDIMM 2666
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon Pro WX 9100
PSU: Corsair HX1200i

I first individually verified each ram stick and have narrowed down the crashing to be only after a graphics driver has been installed and the computer has been restarted. The most interesting bit seems to be that when I install the driver the card is then recognized in hardware manager and benchmarks correctly but on the next reboot it starts to BSOD again.

It consistently crashes just a few minutes after a few minutes only giving me "Critical Process Has Died"

I am completely out of ideas so any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Solution
I updated the BIOS and SuperMicro couldn't pinpoint a problem.

After several days I was finally able to narrow it down to the Intel M.2 that I had initially ruled out because I had tried two different units. Turns out both M.2s were both just becoming unreachable by the system causing windows to crash. This is true for a total of 4 units that we received.
Is this a recent issue or one the system has had since its beginning?

Have you tried using a GPU in an alternate x16 slot?

This is a new build and this behavior has been present from day 1. Initially we planned to use dual GPUs (hence the larger than average supply) but other than using dual GPUs I haven't tried it in the other x16 slot so let me give that a shot.

Does the behavior change at all if only running 64GB of memory (with either the AMD or Nvidia GPU)?

Are you certain that the GPUs you are using are free from defects (tested good in other systems)?

Looking for needles in a haystack here...

I know that a least one of the cards I have tested is working correctly and the behavior is the same for any number of ram sticks used in the system.

Yea, it's crazy.

Thanks for sharing the solution you worked out. Well done.
