X1650 pro pcie on 250 watts

So I got a new graphics card. It is an ATI Radeon X1650 pro and I was wondering if it will Work in an 250watts. My CPU is and AMD Phenom X4 9550e quad core. And also i was wondering if theres any bottlenecks aswell

Hello... That is a very Old GPU... http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Radeon+X1650+Pro&id=614 it is very low performance and only needs 44 watts... The GPU will be your bottleneck.

That GPU is very low performance compared to even low end offerings today. It doesn't take much to run, your PSU is fine.

If you try to play any semi-complex game made in the past 5-6 years the GPU is your bottleneck. It will play but you will see performance issues.
