Would there be any conflicts using this with a DFI lanparty Ultra-D. I thought I may have heard of conflicts with ATI and the Ultra-D. Can someone enlighten me?

There should not be, if there was it must have been with DFI and if there was, surely it has been fixed by a BIOS update by now.
