the two gtx 660 can run watch dogs on ultra settings with out any problems

Are you asking if they can? I'm fairly certain they can't at the moment since the optimization is not that great for Watch Dogs.

Watchdogs is not optimized for sli setups yet so best option is to run on low-medium for now
