i converted a video to x265 main10 yuv444 with hybrid. but the resulted video was shorter than the source. is this a framerate problem? i cant find a solution. is there any other software to encode in 'yuv444 10bit x265'? help pls.

Solution
What is the nature of the original video file (you can use Mediainfo app to get useful information) ?

You may try to use Avidemux to encode a video, maybe it works better than hybrid app. I haven't tried to convert to x265 using Avidemux myself, but it should be worth a try.
