Which Asus or Gigabyte Motherboards
capable of 3200Mhz ram?
(give me something with LEDs and top preformence)

Gigabyte and Asus both are good.
But for high overclocking I suggest you to buy Asus ROG motherboards because these boards are used by professionals.
I have Asus prime board but t quality is amazing

Most Intel platforms generally default to 2133. In order to enable DDR4-3200 you would have to go through XMP. So what brand of RAM and motherboards are you considering? Anything specific?
