Question X2go client RPi4b keep disconnect

Hi,

I have some issues with X2go client when I'd do remote desktop with Linux Mint 20 (Mate). When I'd open LibreOffice or Caja (Linux Mint Mate file manager) the session disconnect and even the local session (the in-front-of-me computer (Raspberry Pi 4b)) get disconnected. I have a video footage right here:

On the laptop

As you see, when I'd try to reconnect, it get disconnected again.
When I'd try to another workstation (same config than the laptop) it connect, you can see for the instance Caja is there and running fine:

On the desktop

Someone can tell me what could cause this issue. If you required logs just please tell me. I'd don't know which one provide, this is a unusual issue for me.

I’m able to connect to other account on the same server and seeing their desktop. After rebooting the server I can now connect to the account who produced that login-logout that you can see in the first video above but rebooting will not be the permanent solution.

I’d still need help! please.
