X3430 and H55M-E23

Hello there, i got little problem, i would like to upgrade one computer for my nephew, but i´m not sure if i can put X3430 into H55M-E23, i was browsing net for a while, but i haven´t found anything, just that X3430 isn´t on the H55M-E23 compatibility list. I was wondering, if i can put it into even, when it isn´t on the compatibility list.

The H55 Chipset is not compatible with any Xeon processor. No way that will work.
