Like you said, the only X370 boards with Dual Bios is Gigabyte, Some other motherboards have an alternative bios rescue feature called bios flashback like the MSI X370 Titanium and some ASUS motherboards.

so can bios flashback restore a corrupted bios just like dual bios?

Yes, basically if you have a bad flash for instance and your board won't post, you can flash the bios to an older bios file with a USB stick without anything in the board, no cpu or ram, just the power supply.

okay thats good but how can i find out if a motherboard has this feature i ask this because with the x370 line of motherboards i have heard the bios updates are like rolling the dice sometimes they are good sometimes they are bad this is why im looking for one with some kind of recovery feature like the bios flashback

Bios flashing only fails when people are lazy or stupid with it, like using windows based apps to update major bios updates, every board manufacturer has some sort of feature built into the bios to help you safely update it, gigabyte have Q flash, asus have ez flash, msi have M flash, ive had 4 am4 motherboards from different manufacturers and never bricked one.

As for boards that come with bios flashback, the only one msi have is the x370 titanium, but it's a very expensive board, gigabyte have dual bios, not sure with asus or ASRock, you'd have to check out the features section on the Asus website under x370 boards.

I have the msi x370 gaming pro carbon and I love it, never had any issues with it at all.

Brought it after having great success with the msi b350m mortar and wanted 2 M. 2 slots.

No, only the MSI X370 titanium has it, but its a very expensive motherboard, or you could go for a Gigabyte Dual Bios board or something like the ASUS Crosshair Hero which I think has bios flash back, but is also a very expensive board.
