Hi,
I want to overclock a bit more my Ryzen 7 1700 which is currently at 3.6Ghz 1.1875V + 3066 Mhz CL14 1.35V RAM. I wanted to ask you how far I can push voltages to prevent VRM/MOBO damage? (CPU / SOC / RAM). I managed to reach 4.0Ghz with 1.41V but it's quite high I think. I dont want to destroy MOBO's VRM due to thermal damage.
I also want to mention that I have 140mm fan which is pretty close to the upper part of VRM, but the other VRM part cooling is not as good.

Rest of my PC config:
R7 1700 3.6Ghz 1.1875V / SOC 1.0V
Corsair LPX 3066 Mhz CL14 1.35V
Corsair H150i PRO
EVGA GQ650W

Thank you in advance.

With exact same motherboard? Yesterday when I managed to boot PC with 4.0 Ghz 1.4125 V but the half of the VRM (this one which doesnt have directly placed fan) had significantly higher temperature than the other one(Top part of the section cooled with radiator + 140mm fan was just a bit warm).

Yes, exact same MB but 1700X processor but they are just a tad higher binned than non-x (That's why they have "X"). Measured VRM temps with laser thermometer, 55c at cooler and 60c at back of MB. They are good to 100c so those temps are not too high.
Same thing now with x470, basically same VRM but not as good heat sinks.
By the time 3rd gen Ryzen comes out, my warranty for MB will expire so I'm aiming to change VRM coolers and ad a fan to it. For now, I turned back case fan into intake (have 2 top fans in the case) and angled it 45° at VRM.
