X4 750k Idle Temperatures

Hi. I've just finished building my new PC, and everything seems pretty good except the CPU temps. Everything else idles under 25 degrees, but my procceser idles at 40-46 degrees with an aftermarket cooler. (Zalman CNPS5X Performa).
Is this normal? I'm thinking maybe something went wrong while applying the thermal grease.

You could check if the thermal paste is spread on the cpu properly.
That is, take out the cooler, clean it, clean the cpu and reapply thermal paste.
