X4 750K stock cooler

Is stock cooler sufficient for 750k or do I need to get after market cooler?

The stock cooler is okay unless you want to overclock then an aftermarket cooler is recommended

I wont be overclocking but my room temperatures at summer are between 26-30 celsius.

It will be okay.
If your worried get a case fan to improve the airflow in your case

It will work fine if your not overclocking the chip, else you can go for a low end air cooler like deepcool archer, antec a20 etc, but as said the stock will work just fine. And as jay mentioned make sure you have cool air blowing into the system that's first priority.
