x4 860k @Stock GTX 1050 Bottleneck?

When I play any type of game my CPU is usually at a high load (70%-100%) and my GPU is around (10%-40%) Please help out!

CPU Temps are usually around 75-84 C

That's pretty high,might want to consider at least reaplying the paste of the cpu cooler and maybe get a better budgetcooler for the cpu.

I have a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and I put some thermal paste on my cpu not so long ago

What do you use to measure temps? Try AMD Overdrive see what that gives.The bigger the thermal margin the better. Still think the temps are too high.

Using the AMD application you told me to use and playing battlefield 4 ultra settings 720p

I can't play at 1080p because I have a 1280x1024 monitor

I can only say to that ,that at lower resolutions the strain is more on the cpu than the gpu. Whether that the low usage of the gpu explains remains to be seen. No one who can lend you a higher res screen for testing?

Wayyyy too much analysis of cpu load and gpu load...

The GTX1050 is slow...

cpu load will be less when using it....

You will not be able to 'fix' this

Since that slow should the cpu have no troubles of making that gpu run at 100% which it doesn't so you're assessment is not right in this case.The point is that his cpu load is high and the gpu load low,not the other way round.
