How do I overclock the AMD X4 955??

(sorry for this question but I don't know..)

the motherboard is a GIGABYTE GA-MA790FXT-UD5P

You can just change the CPU mulitplier. It can't get easier than that.

ok, but how to I do that??Do I have to use a program??Do I have to change that at the BIOS?Please help me=x

Well if you're totally new to overclocking, you should do plenty of research first. Tom's AMD guide is a bit outdated, but the concept is the same.
