X4 Motherboard?

I'm getting an AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition processor and an amd radeon 6770 1gb gpu thats 2.1. I'm looking for the cheapest motherboard that will support those, but not a piece of ***, just something plain. I also need to it support my 4gb gskill 1600mhz ram chip. Thanks so much, looking for a quick url to something cheap and rated well, thanks! I don't need any fancy features.

Just got an Asus M4A87TD/USB3 mobo through Newegg. Will support up to 16GB, but only 1 PCIe x16 slot. So far, with 965 Black and 8GB(2x4, 2 open slots) and our old GeForce 8800 GTS(640) it runs strong. Haven't played with overclocking, but many options available through bios, and through windows based apps. And will support the six-core Phenom II's as well.
