I just got this motherboard and im no overclocking genius. (not much experience yet, just a bit)
cpu went as expected. no issues whatsoever.
but when i tried to turn on the ram profile?(docp?/xmp/etc) it just doesnt boot.
Ive tried:
lowering ram mhz it'll boot on anything lower than 3000mhz. (will run cinebench/ wont crash aida64/ but once 3dmark start it will crash)
-ive added dram voltage little by little on lower mhz just to see if i can even run it aside from stock (thats a no)
-bios is latest
Other than that i have not fiddled with any of the other ram settings (as i have no idea how, i usually just turn on xmp and leave it at that).
can i get some help on what i need to do. my ram is 3200mhz gskill tridentz (if that helps)
