Planning on either picking up the 2700 or 2600 from Ryzen. I am looking at either the B350-F Strix (which i can get for $60 from microcenter as a bundle), or the Gigabyte x470 auros G5, which is about $110 after bundling with a ryzen cpu. Other than the supposed overclocking capabilities and better VRM on the x470 I do not plan on using the extra features on the physical board that sets the x470 apart from the B350. If I plan on overclocking either Ryzen processor to roughly 4Ghz (obviously with an adequate cooler), is it worth the extra cash to pick up the x470 over the B350? Will the B350 give me any problems in the long run if it were able to achieve a stable 4Ghz? Thanks!

Depends on how much you wanna spend. X470 and X370 are better suited for overclocking, however the Asus b350 board you wanna buy is equally up to the task IMO. I would go with the b350, since you said you won't be using the extra features on the X470. Get the bundle (I bought it too, however I upgraded to intel since my uncle gets employee discount)

And no, the b350 won't give you any problems, as long as you recieve a functional board.
