x550j lag on csgo and other games

Hey heres the deal my laptop has dropped a lot of frames on csgo and other games
I had decent fps before 100-150 and now 70 and drops down to thirty in certain situations
i5-4200h @2.8 ghz can use turbo boost. gtx850m 1tb hardrive 8gb ram
im using a external monitor. I have a cooling pad i have not cleaned for dust so maybe thats the problem?

cpu seems around 60-70 and gpu around 60

A bit on the high side. Could be that it is throttling the clock speed. Laptop throttling temps usually are lower than desktop.
So it might be good to clean the heatsink/whatever in it.

cleaned it from dust it had a lot of dust but still no better fps at least tempratures went down a little
