My bad! Misread it (at 2:30 in the morning I was lucky I saw it at all) 😱 . Thought he was referring to GPU's.
The 3470 is about equal to the integrated graphics on a sandy bridge cpu.
The 5650 is about 10 levels higher than that. See this chart:
