Question X570 AORUS ELITE ISSUE 5600 g

I just bough an X570 AORUS ELITE https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SVRZGMX?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details. Tried to install it a few minutes ago with a ryzen 5600G.
the pc powers on, but theres no video and only a black screen and it just reboots after a couple of seconds. What could it be?

You will need at least bios f35.
Does the mobo box show the bios level?

I faced with the same issue:

• PC powers on, but theres no video and only a black screen:
  • On the MoBo the red alert diod shows that problem related to DDR compatibility
• PC starts load the BIOS and then Windows only after several reeboting
• I've tried to find dependecies on DRAM, I used a lot different setting with different frequency and different timings, but no dependecies were founded on it
• Sometimes system boots from the 1 firs try, sometimes only after 6-7 times

The configuration is next:

• MoBo: AORUS X570 Ultimate (rev. 1.01)
• BIOS F36c
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800X
• DRAM: AORUS DDR4-4400 PC4-35200 2x8Gb/rev 1.0 (GP-ARS16G44)

What do you think, do I need to replace current DRAM to other option? Do I have a chance to find best option, when DRAM will work porper?
