Question X570 AORUS ELITE (rev. 1.0) Problem Is Driving Me Crazy

I have built my pc about 4 months ago. I have been having issues with the pc not waking up from sleep and having to turn off the pc and turning it back on and even then sometimes it doesn't boot. It has happens randomly ever so often. When it works it works but, as of recently I have to constantly turn off and on my pc. Also I get occasion sound stutter doesn't happen a lot but it does happen. I have updated to the latest bios. I have swapped around the RAM, used a different gpu and power supply. No luck anyone has heard of this or have experience with this board?

Corsair 3600 Ram Vengeance Pro
AMD x5600 (No Overclock)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GAMING OC 8G GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0
Windows 10 PRO
Noctua Air Cooler

Make/model of your power supply? Did you perform a CMOS reset, after the bios update?

Forgot to put PS. Corsair SF600 plus platinum and SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS 500GB
Yes, I did CMOS reset actually after the update as well.

Anyone has experience with this issue? I’m getting to a point of just getting another motherboard with ASUS or MSI.

I have used, and built a few systems, using X570 and B550 gigabyte boards, and never seen that.
