I have a 3900x, Tuf X570, and Gskill Ripjaws 32gb 3600 16~39, Good airflow and temps

I randomly and rarely get slow and some complete system freezes, where even the power button doesn't shut it down. One of the locks did indicate the RAM on the Q-LED. I've tried adjusting XMP or whatever it's called from 3600 to 3200 and also no XMP. Haven't found a pattern yet. I have a brand new EVGA PSU and I'm pretty sure everything is sound, and windows isn't the issue. Wondering if it's for sure the RAM or the board or something. I'm usually a Corsair diehard, but GSkill 3600 was $150 at the time... Also, when I first built the system, I would occasionally hear some hissing and it wasn't the GPU whine. Doesn't happen much now. I think all signs point to the ram being the culprit, even though it's QVL...

Any thoughts?
