[SOLVED] X570 Shut Down

Just built new computer using MSI godlike X570 motherboard. After installing Windows 10 1903 update computer will shut down when it boots. No bios posted. Corsair RBG is staying lit. Anyone know what can cause this? All parts are new. .

And when you say update, are you saying you installed the update after installing Windows?

Yes I installed the update after installing Windows. It went to go reboot. Then it went to black screen, then powered off. Now when trying to power on it goes to black screen and does not post bios. The odd thing is the Ram stays lit.

do a CMOS reset.
go to this link and go to page 66 to know how to do that on your board properly

i have the exact same problem built the computer 10 days ago and today it acted the same way
asus x570-p
rysen 3600x
radeon rx580
32gb 3200mhz ram

ill follow this tread to se if more tech savy folks find a fix if problem persists i will try a BIOS update
