Helloes,
Got some issues/questions regarding x570 Taichi ram compatibility.

First of all, this is my build :
MOBO : Asrock x570 Taichi (Latest Bios - 2.11)
Proc : AMD 3900x
RAM : 2x G.SKILL F4-3600C16D-16GTZR (2x 16GB kits - 4x 8GB DIMMs) G.Skill Official RAM Specs
GPU : Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT NITRO+
SSD : Corsair Force MP600 500GB PCI Express 4.0x4 M.2 2280
HDDs : 2x Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM

So the kits I bought (F4-3600C16D-16GTZR), are mentioned in Taichi QVL list, therefore I was expecting everything to work out fine with just activating the XMP profiles.
If I activate the XMP profile (3600Mhz, CL16-16-16-36) the system boots but is unstable under load ! During Cinebench R20, the system just restarts. I found that wierd, so I tried the same test with only 2 DIMMs for each channel (tested each kit separately twice for each channel). Same thing happened.
After that, I used all 4 DIMMs again, but had to bump the DRAM voltage to 1.45v to make the system stable. With 1.45v DDR, 1.1v SOC, 1.1v VDDP, 1.05v VDDG - the system is stable and everything works fine.

I was under the belief that the rated XMP profile should be stable with the specified 1.35v DDR voltage...

Question 1 : Is it normal that you have to bump the voltages, while using XMP so that the system can be stable ?
Question 2 : May it be possible that the mobo or ram be broken ? (ram tests reports 0 erros).
Question 3 : After I did some tests/benchmarks, ended up using 3533Mhz CL14-14-14-14 (Ryzen Dram calculator). This is by far the most stable and performant profile. Is this normal too ?

You sure the RAM timings are 16-16-16-16? Regular spec is 16-16-16-36. Maybe try manually clocking in the memory timings instead of using XMP.
Sorry, that was a typo. XMP profile is CL 16-16-16-36 as the G.Skill website mentions.
I tryed to use Ryzen Dram Calculator, applied the 3600 Mhz "safe" calculations - CL16-16-16-32-48-1T . This proved to be as unstable as the XMP profile.
After 2 days of tweaking I ended up using 3533 Mhz CL14-14-14-14 and it's stable. Still I feel irritated and confused that the rated XMP profile requires voltage tweaking.

I have a similar issue with my 16GB kit from gskill. With x570 taichi board, I load the XMP for 3600 MHz, and the system reboots, and the memory comes up running at 2133 MHz. I can use most of the XMP settings, but I have to drop the speed down to 3200 MHz. I emailed Gskill, but no answer yet. Supposed to be a new BIOS coming out in a week or two, I'm hoping that will fix it.

Well, I kinda "fixed" the isseue by bumping the DRAM voltage. The system is stable now, you could try this aswell.
I really doubt G.Skill is to blame, this has more to do with the motherboard.
At the moment, I use 3533Mhz with CL14 profile (from Ryzen Dram Calculator) and it actually outperforms the 3600Mhz XMP profile. I do use 1.44v for DRAM tho, but it is safe.
