Recently I had purchased an RX 580 for my little brother to complete an X5690 system. Loading up Windows 10 though was hell... Random freezes in the earliest stages of loading, and even when I got in, I would be forced to hard reset over and over and over...
Possible culprints may be: The heat, currently 37Degrees Celcius, W10 interacting badly with X58, PSU.

Any other problems that may be brought to my attention please suggest.

Specs:
Mobo: P6X58-E-WS
CPU: Xeon x5690
RAM: Samsung 2gb*6 ECC dimms
Storage: Seagate 2tb HDD
Kingston A400 120GB
PSU: OCZ 80+ bronze 550w
Bunch of 140mm fans
Cooler: Cryorig R1 universal

Solution
Yeah? You think it's a windows 10 build? Uninstall the graphics drivers for the 580 and reinstall the 570 and drivers. If the issue replicates then you're correct, but if it doesn't...RMA the 580.

I'm currently running the 580 on my main system, and it's going fine, even WITHOUT the radeon drivers, that I'm currently downloading.

I don't know if it helps, but it's a 580 4gb, maybe memory issues?

I'd like to thinks it's the memory, but it ran fine on 1803 too, this is making me lean towards W7, but I bought a Key and I really don't want to waste it.
