You can try here; the Vista drivers may work.

From Lexmark site it is stated that 6100 series are windows 7 Compatible but not the model X6100 there.

You can download X6150drivers for windows 7 and can try with that!

For X6150 also they asked to use Vista drivers in Windows 7!
