X64 Exception Type

So I really need some help, I'm building a computer for my Dads company. This is my first time assembling a computer and its going badly and has worried me. I'm getting this when I try to boot to a Debian X64 install disk:

So the specifications of this computer is:
CPU: AMD FX-4300
RAM: 4 Gbs Kingston
Motherboard: MSI Motherboard

Did you run memtest86 overnight to ensure stability before starting the O/S install. I would recommend that as a first step. This will ensure there are no bad DIMMs.

I tried to boot into G-parted so that I could run a Memory Test however I just got this error again

Memtest86 is a standalone application which boots off CD.

I burned the ISO to a disk and tried to boot it on the machine however it gave me the same error as before

I can't remove any of the DIMMS because there is only one. This is a MSI 760GA-PF3 AMD Motherboard!

If there is only 1 DIMM, and it won't even boot Memtest then you have some basic hardware problem. If you don't have another DIMM to swap in, this will be difficult to identify which component (motherboard, CPU, or RAM) is problematic. The cheapest and simplest thing would be to get another DIMM and test. If it boots and runs Memtest then you had a bad DIMM. If it still fails, then I would guess motherboard.
