Seems Sapphire cards are working, others aren't.

One point he does bring up in this post that the orginal didn't is that the mod only seems to work on sapphire cards not on bba

Yeah, that is one thing that the original modders are beginning to suspect, BBA card mods aren't working. Supposedly, someone from OC Australia contacted ATI and they said that only "clones" could be modded.

Ya i read that wonder why.Also so far 3 out of 5 mods have enabled the extra pipe lines but no problems when the pipe lines do enable.So far at least.

Ya i saw that the other day.Good idea with the manicure to keep the paint from comeing off.Any one know of any after market coolers for the x800?Are there any even out yet?
