Don't know. I've seen X800Pros for $359.

No. ATi wants vendors to sell them at $499. $435 looks like a great deal, IMO....might have to jump on it (tenative because I only have a 4x AGP board and I have a feeling it will make a difference this time around [unlike my R360]).

Maxtor disgraces the six letters that make Matrox.
