X99 Deluxe or a Rampage V Extreme

Alright I need to know the difference between both Mobos, and I plan to spray paint whatever Mobo is chosen all black. The x99-deluxe will be easier because I only need to take off the mosfet cooler and the cover for the i/o port while the rampage v extreme has the ram, PCI-e, and sata ports red but it comes with the OC panel, which to choose?

EVGA is already nearly all black eg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188163 and might be easier to paint (or remove) the colored lettering
