X99 motherboard comparrisons.

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking to upgrade to x99 platform and I'm hung up on the motherboard I should pair with the 5820k. Currently hinging on the ASUS x99A or the ASRock Extreme 4. The ASRock seems to win in many of performance catergories but I'm skeptical because I've never purchased one, and the price point/reviews makes me question overall build quality. On the other hand I've had luck with ASUS in the past but the X99A seems to be a poor performer.

I'll be using this machine primarily for digital art creation, zbrush, 3d studio max, substance suite, photoshop, etc. I intend to install an EVGA 980ti and 64GB of GSkill ram at 2133. I don't really intend to overclock it past the basic turbo/xmp modes.

Any input on experiences with either product or a better product would be much appreciated. I'm not opposed to going for something a little more pricey if it's a worth while upgrade.
