x99 motherboard upgrade

im getting a 5820k or a 6800k and i want to know what is the best motherboard i can get that is under 250$ (275 if i must) and if possible that is black or red

I will most definitely recommend the latest Asus X99-A II board with support for the latest X-Series Broadwell-E Processors. The Aura lighting control is just icing on the cake.. The best-bang-for-the-buck in my opinion.. Retailing at 225 bucks..

so it will allow me to over clock and it does have lights? i know the lights seems crazy but my system is red and black

Getting vinyl stickers in the color and shade of your choice i think is a good idea.. Just google "vinyl stickers online" --

If you need to return the moboard, just peel off the stickers and u are good to go.. much better than spray-painting or hand-painting which may void the warranty..
