X99 sabertooth bios time

Recently come to realize this motherboard seems to have a slower Bios because of how many checks it does prior to boot. Like it makes sure the car can run before driving off.
Any specific options you might turn off?
I'm finding more and more but I don't know, for example, what dram training or having memtest on does??

1| Memtest ensures that the rams are cleared for bootup and are free of any errors. You can turn it off.
2| You can follow this thread as a guide for a fast boot up.
3| Make sure your BIOS is up to date.
