X99A Godlike Gaming Carbon Error Code 19 60 55 00

Hi,

I need help. My computer started acting up out of nowhere today. Whenever I try turning it on it keeps turning itself off and attempts to power itself back on until it turns itself off again. The monitor never shows anything during this process. It cycles through this endlessly. The debug lights show the code 19 60 55 00 but I am unsure what that indicates. I could use help trying to figure this out. It was working perfectly just a couple hours ago. Thanks for the help!
