Hey guys!
I've got the following build

Intel Core i7-5820K - Boxed
EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2
Corsair Hydro Series H110i GT
Asrock X99E-ITX/ac
Geil Super Luce - DDR4 2400Mhz CL14 Kit - 32GB
Sapphire Radeon R9 390 - Nitro OC Backplate
Samsung 950 Pro - 256GB

It's not giving me any BIOS screen, it's my first time working with an mITX motherboard.. did i forget something?
Once i boot up the pc, everything starts to work.. Lights go on fans do their job full blast.. then they go to a much slower speed.
I'm kind of a newb when it comes to building, However im sure i can work my way around!
Anyone knows any way i can test what the cause of this problem is?
(checked GPU with my own Desktop GPU.. same result)

i checked the sticky guide on no post's etc and it doesnt seem to get me anywhere!

Thanks in advance!!

Solution
Eventho there has not been a confirmed boot as of yet, i might have found the problem..

The Motherboard does not support 16GB Modules straight out of the box. As the BIOS 1.20 or below do not support these.

Upgrading the BIOS however solves this issue and so recommendation is to purchase a cheap DDR4 memory module to flash your MOBO and return it after use!

I'll update as soon as i'll have mine! (tomorrow)

Hi Alexoiu, As far as i can tell there is something similar attached to the board, Could it be a battery?

its way flatter

Thanks for the quick response!

EDIT: I've just ordered one to make sure!

I've done exactly that, they light up (not that would mean alot besides getting power) But no signal!

I've read some things about BIOS not completely supporting every single RAM stick. I also tried DVI/HDMI/DP none of them seem to get a signal

All of the components were sealed when they arrived

Okay!

I've tried it with the speaker on.. With the RAM Module installed it doesnt make any sounds however when i pull the RAM out it makes sounds.

What should i try now

I'm returning the RAM sticks. I can't exactly tell wether they cause the problem but duo to people online complaining about different RAM sticks that arent supported untill you update the BIOS.. it could be the explanation of why the motherboard aint giving me any bleeps or sound.

I've tried using a different PSU/GPU and it wouldnt change a thing. removed the CPU to check if i put it in the correct way (as i started doubting myself) but it was fine, no bend pins or anything.

if the new RAM doesnt work, i'll RMA the motherboard and see how that pans out!
